Anchor Alarm is an application designed to monitor your anchored boat, providing alerts if it moves outside of your preset boundaries. It operates discreetly in the background, allowing you to use your iPhone or iPad for other tasks while ensuring anchor watch is maintained. The app includes advanced monitoring capabilities:

 <li>Track all boat movements remotely with precise location accuracy and historical data</li>
 <li>Retrieve GPS positions of favorite anchorages for future reference</li>
</ul>

Additional features are available when using the app remotely, accessed from any internet-connected device:

 <li>Initiate anchor watch by tapping "Drop Anchor" and end it by tapping "Raise Anchor"</li>
 <li>Adjust alert zone settings and units as desired</li>
 <li>Activate Remote Monitoring and share access to live sessions for real-time viewing</li>
 <li>Select and share anchor session tracks via email or SMS for monitoring purposes</li>

Please note that the app supports iOS devices running version 4.0 or higher, and certain features require an in-app purchase. Continuous use of GPS may impact battery life; it is recommended to charge your device during extended monitoring sessions.
